Charlie Hart, also known as ‘Ausome Charlie’ (she/they) is a professional keynote speaker, HR Analyst, and neurodiversity advocate. Charlie is neurodivergent (Autistic, ADHD, Complex PTSD), bisexual/pansexual and gender non-conforming. Charlie’s talks centre lived experience stories and insights, underpinned with expertise in human resources and employment legislation, delivered with authentically neurodivergent quirkiness and humour. Unafraid to tackle emotive topics other speakers avoid, Charlie is not another happy-flappy neurodiversity advocate; she speaks of dark clouds and silver linings, of adversity and resilience, and will leave you inspired and optimistic, with pragmatic takeaways.

Charlie Hart is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Assoc.CIPD), and a Professional Member of the Professional Speaking Association (MPSA) and the Institute of Equality and Diversity Professionals. Charlie lives near Birmingham, England, and is delighted to travel for in person events. Most of her work is corporate, and she offers keynote speeches, lunch and learns, panels, and workshops.
