She helps leaders and employees face that discomfort and learn to talk openly, resulting in changing attitudes and behaviours. Her style is authentic and she is not shy in telling the truth and reality of the perils of driving inclusion which in turn makes her relatable to others. She actively listens, guides, educates, inspires, motivates and takes time to make everyone feel respected, accepted, valued and empowered.
